Activities: Workout and challenge data including date, time, location (via GPS), distance, pace, speed, elevation, and perceived exertion.
Shared content: photos, videos, comments, likes, posts and interactions with other users.

Connected devices and apps: information from connected sensors, watches, apps and cycling equipment.
Sensitive health data: such as heart rate, power, and cadence — collected and used only with your explicit consent.
Payment information: If you subscribe to paid features, we collect billing data processed by third parties.

Upon deletion of your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 45 days. Movyn is headquartered in Brazil, but may use servers or service providers in other countries. Whenever there is an international transfer, appropriate legal measures will be taken to ensure data security.

Privacy of minors

Movyn is not intended for children under the age of 13. Accounts identified as belonging to children will be removed.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 receive additional protections, including:

Profiles and activities visible only to followers by default;
Restrictions on the use of messaging and other social features;
Extra content and tracking controls.

Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance via email, push notification or in the app itself. By continuing to use Movyn after such notifications, you are agreeing to the new terms.
